A handful of hangover tips...




You might find yourself nursing a hangover or two over the Christmas period... here are some quick tips for feeling more human again!

-Ginger tea

Get a thumb tip sized chunk of ginger and peel with the back of a teaspoon.
Finely slice into the bottom of a mug.
Pour over boiling water and leave to infuse. Drink hot or cold.

-Hot lemon tea.
Slice some lemon iton a mug and pour over boiling water.

-Water! Just water!

-Fresh mint tea 

Just fresh mint and boiling water. 

-Avoid OJ!

Cranberry juice or apple juice will provide some fructose.

-Miso soup sachets 

Helps replace lost sodium and gives a savoury alternative which is sometimes welcome.
